General Submission Instructions:

1. Language & Formatting:
   • The manuscript must be in English.
   • Submit the document in MS Word or PDF format.
   • Double-spacing should be maintained between lines.
   • The manuscript should have large margins on all sides.
   • Number all pages sequentially, including those with figures, tables, acknowledgements, references, etc.
   • All figures and tables should be included in the same file.
2. Types of Articles Accepted:
   • Case Reports
   • Original Research
   • Review Articles
   • Clinical Images/Videos
   • Editorials

Required Manuscript Structure:

1. Cover Letter: Include a cover letter with the manuscript submission.
2. Title Page: This should include the title of the article along with the full address of the authors and corresponding authors with affiliations.
3. Abstract:
   • Word limit: 100–300 words.
   • Avoid figures, tables, and references in the abstract.
4. Main Text Sections:
   • Introduction
   • Materials and Methods
   • Results
   • Discussion
   • Conclusion
   • Acknowledgements (if any) and Funding information.
5. Figures, Tables, and Graphs: Should be included within the manuscript, but in proper format:
   • Figures: JPEG, JPG, or PNG formats.
   • Tables: Text format (not images).
6. References: Include a detailed reference list following the required citation format.

Word Limits (Approximate):

• Research Articles (Original): 1500–3500 words.
• Review Articles: 2000–4000 words.
• Case Reports/Series: 800–2500 words.
• Clinical Images: 100–750 words.
• Editorials: 200–1300 words.
• Letters to the Editors: 150–500 words.
• Other Manuscript Types: No fixed word limit, but must be acceptable within the scope of the research.

Peer-Review Process:

• The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process.
• This ensures unbiased reviews, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

Plagiarism and Ethical Considerations:

• Manuscripts must be original and not plagiarized. All referenced work should be appropriately cited to avoid plagiarism.
• Plagiarism detection will be performed using reliable tools.
• Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, contributions, and acknowledgments in their manuscripts.

Article Processing Charges (APCs):

• The journal is open access and incurs costs related to publication.
• APC Range: $2690–$4050 USD, depending on article type, availability of funding, and income status of the author’s country.
• No other fees are charged, such as submission or page charges.

Copyrights:

• Authors retain copyrights for their articles.
• Manuscripts must not infringe on third-party copyrights.

Disclosure & Conflict of Interest:

• Authors must submit signed conflict of interest statements, acknowledgments, and author contribution forms.
• If using copyrighted material, signed authorization must be obtained from the original author and publisher.

Withdrawal and Refund Policies:

• Manuscript Withdrawal: If requested after submission, a penalty fee may apply.
• Refund Policy: Once the article is accepted, the APC is non-refundable, as costs have already been incurred.

Reprints:

• Reprints of published articles will be provided within 10-20 days of publication.

Publication Ethics:

• The journal adheres to the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
• Editors and reviewers must ensure confidentiality and impartiality during the review process, and all data should be treated as confidential.
